@StuartNG, please take note of the feedback we've been providing time and time again.
The ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
