Although all cuts are to include a collar, the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like probably some of the ones you've uploaded, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
Perhaps you can recut this, keeping the above in mind 👍
