That doesn't mean you should upload cuts with snow and without a collar, though. If the source is not ideal, you should tweak and refine it until the final cut is in line with the guidelines. If it's you who's uploading cuts, then it's your responsibility to make sure they do.

If there's some snow in the source, put it through remove.bg, then use the below method to clean what snow remains:
@12345cieza, this cut and a few others from this pack don't contain a collar and/or contain some snow. You've been providing cuts for a long time now and you surely know the rules by now. It would be nice if these kind of cuts are refined before being uploaded in the future…
