Greyed out and trial players missing

Hi All,

Would anyone happen to have any idea why players that I have taken on trial or greyed out players have suddenly gone invisible from my squad screen until I click on them?

As per screen shots below, it shows I have 3 players on trial with Fleetwood but the names, stats, everything is missing. When you hover over the "empty" space it says click to view player x's profile and when you click, it bring his profile up. It's not a one off either, it's for every team that either has greyed out players or players on trial.
