I personally did this but it has flaws so if someone can polish it, something nice can come out.
If you want to try cutting I'd recommend taking a look at the guidelines here and this video that shows the full cutting process. For example using remove.bg to remove the background will make a big difference in how smooth the cut looks

It's too small and blurry to cut unfortunately. The current cut is in 250x250 pixels and in this image the size of the face is only around 140, so it won't be an improvement
Too small to be an improvement @forza41. Stop wasting our time with these kind of uploads, and make sure to read, understand and follow the guidelines in the future please.
