@faizal, I've already asked you to upload a lot of images as a pack instead of individually…
Also, please read the guidelines. In cases where the source has his head tilted, you should rotate it before cropping the image. You should also make sure to crop images no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and not leave any more empty space above. I'm going to have to fix most of these, but I'll just reject any that don't follow the guidelines from now on.
