Not sure how you've arrived at such a ‘green’ hue on the face from that source, but I would suggest using this action to remove any instances of green on the face 😉

I think that's because I played a bit with lights and shadows, so the reflection of the green shirt on his chin became more obvious, I didn't saw it so I didn't used the action 😅

I reckon a bit of brightening and auto-contrast would've been equally fine too, I reckon ☺️
