First of all I would like to give a great thank you to all FM fans who choose to play with FLUTSKIN and always keep me motivated to still editing the skin and gave me new ideas!!!
A special thank you to all of players who decided to distinguish my work with a donation!! Although just a small part of FM Players who use the skin made a donation (I edited the skin as a hobby and, as you know, completely free), I always feel honoured and happy when people recognize the work done and decide to contribute. So, I reinforce, I have to give a special thank you to that friends of FlutsKin!!!!!!
Also a thank you to all the skin makers who indirectly contribute to my work, and a special thank you to PATRES10, from fmslovakia for the 2D default kits (especially tailor-made for FlutSkin), to MICHAEL MURRAY since I started editing the match inbetween highlights panel based on his amazing work, to QVORDRUP, for the metallic “Round country flags” and his great collaboration in the “country locator maps”, to NUNO KOPIO for the “Square shiny flags” I included as alt files (for using as an alternative to the “Round country flags”) to PMPOU for his great contribution with many tickets to customize the skin, to DAZS8 for his great work in the addons for Flutskin. I also thank you for the contributes made by NOLEAFWILEN and RICHBELL.
If you already know FLUTSKIN from the last seasons you already know what you wil find. It should be noted that if you expect to find a different style of the FLUTSKIN you will be disappointed. If you like it as it is last year you will be satisfied since the FLUTSKIN for FM24 is like FLUTSKIN for FM23 (there are just small things changed after the final version of FLUTSKIN for FM23).
In FlutSkin you can find so many changes comparing to the default skin that I can’t present all of them here (you can see a part in the screenshots) . I suggest you to go through the panels in order to see with your eyes all the changes!! For now, the pack doesn't include alt files. However, if you wantm you can use the alts for FM23 since I believe almost of them work properly in this version.

- New option in the player pictures drop down arrow (Player Panel 1) with player hidden attributes (you must have IGE for displaying that information)
- New button in titlebar for showing editable IDs (done with the help of DARKSIDE63; this addon was adapted from SAS Skin and the credits are for SASMAZ and FMS skin makers)

Important recognitions regarding this version:
- I would like to express my special gratitude to Darkside63, who challenged me for most of the new stuff in the skin and helped me to implement them, and also to DasZ8, for the help regarding Social Feed and for the inclusion of the new Alt with Backgrounds Adds. I also reinforce my gratitude to all the skin makers and specially those I refer in the new changes of this FlutSkin version.

- New social feed panel (adapted from the work of DasZ8 and EVO).

PLEASE NOTE:
- If the skin doesn’t have the same stuff as in the screenshots and you are playing with my recommended Resolution requirements, please consider to clear the cache, keep only this skin and this skin version in the skins folder of the game and reload the game.
- Before asking something, please look at the read me files. There are 7 read me files which I believe answer many questions regarding the skin.

Resolution requirements:
This skin was made to work properly in 3840x2160 (4K with windows display settings 200%) and also 1920x1080 (1080p) full screen mode, sidebar icons only. As a result, some panels won’t work properly in other resolutions.
[b]How to add Flut Skin in FM24[/b]
Download and extract the .zip file (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).
Place the "fm2024flutskin_dark" folder here:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\skins
[*] Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
[*] Start FM24 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
[*] You should see FM 2023 Flut Skin dark - 4.0 as an option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
[*] Hit the Confirm button.
Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.

Já há muito tempo que venho reparando, que agora vou às "Preferências" e não encontro como alterar a imagem do trinador. Isto é, antes tinha lá essa opção para alterar a imagem. Depois escolhiamos, por exemplo, a nossa fotografia. Agora essa opção não aparece, porquê?
Existe alguma alternativa para pormos a nossa fotografia? Obrigado e continua com o bom trabalho. Sempre fiel à tua skin. Abraço.

Regarding your question, the new patch from SI removed that option (I didn't removed it). So, for use a own manager profile picture you will have to add your own picture to the "player picture folder" with the ID of you as a manager. Since in FM 24.2 a manager is considered a "regen" picture. you will need to add "-r" to the code. So if your ID# is for example: "2002117708" the code in the config.xml in the player pictures folder will need to show:

The SI already fixed that. Thus, for now, just remove the following xml and reload the game: preferences general panel.xml
After that you can choose your own picture in the preferences of the game.

Em relação à sua pergunta, o novo patch do SI removeu essa opção (eu não a removi). Então, para usar uma própria foto de perfil do gerente, você terá que adicionar sua própria foto à "pasta de imagem do jogador" com o ID de você como gerente. Já na FM 24.2 um gestor é considerado um quadro "regen". Você precisará adicionar "-r" ao código. Então, se o seu ID# é, por exemplo: "2002117708" o código na configuração.xml na pasta de imagens do player precisará mostrar:

So I have a few questions:-
1 - How do I remove the ‘Hidden Attributes’ tab (Picture 1) from the player profile? What XML file & row number (Notepad++) do I delete or change? To easy to click and see if I've got a wonderkid, found myself trying hard not to use it but ain't got the will power haha.
2 - When hoovering over a player and the stats pop-up, how do I remove the section with the hidden attributes like in picture 2? Do I need to amend/delete a section in a XML file.
3 - What folder - XML file & row number (Notepad++) do I change the RGB of to change just the colour of the banner in picture 3? Want the sidebar and header to be grey but change the colour of that little section.
4 - What folder - XML file & row number (Notepad++) is the player & staff search button? and what do I need to type/delete to disable this option? I don't want to be tempted to use it. Tried looking based on the location of other skins but cannot seem to find it.
This is the best skin I've used and cannot believe it took from 2010 to 2024 to decide to switch from default.
Played half a season with each of the following skins - Mustermann Iconic, Just Skin 24 no attributes, Statman, Star Attributes24, Material, Narigon, Stato, WTCS Gold, Tato, Mixed, Just Skin 24 & Flut.
Mustermann Iconic is the best no numeric attribute/pizza chart skin by far, love that for my stats only (Moneyball) play through.
All the normal skins I've tried I messaged for help throughout the half season to make the skin perfect for me.
Your skin (@flut) I've completed the half-season without needing to change anything.
But now it's going to be a mainstay (Only attribute skin I'll use) I want to make a few tweaks & need help.
Sorry for the long message, but these 4 things would make this the perfect skin for me, so hoping they can be done. Question 2 not so important but would be nice to change. However questions 1 & 3 ruin the game, it's not the skin's fault, its mine for not having the willpower. (@flut) Thank you & take care

In the skin there is the special scoreboard of the skin and also the default scoreboards for licensed competitions. I assume that PL scoreboard can be implemented if you have all the xmls and graphics for that. I don't intend to include any additional scoreboard.

Those problems are due the screen resolution.
For the first problem, my suggestion is to play using sidebar icons only (I believe your friend is using the large sidebar).
For the second bug, go to kit icon53 and increase the values 34 in the following code (use trial and error method).

I gave them the wrong name in the original question, sorry.
The first thing I want to remove is the option to delete/hide 'Player in range' option so I can only view players scouted or on my shortlist.
Next button I want to delete/hide is ‘Staff search’ so I can only hire staff that my current staff recommend or through job adverts.

2. Unfortunately I believe that that menus are commanded by a file in the menus folder of a skin. I have not that file in the skin (and I never tried to do something like that - and sometimes when we remove a thing it causes problems). Thus, sorry but I can't help you with that.

If you ever feel its something you want to add and allow the option to remove these or not, I was advise to contact Mustermann on youtube. He made mustermann iconic and the picture below is his section to allow you the option to keep or remove player search.
