I manually inserted the last image and it works correctly, but I think it is necessary to understand if the problem is in the pack or just in my folder.
(I only noticed it because it is one of the first results when I open the folder, and therefore visible at first glance).

Yeah it's happened before, it's a compression error, all of the images are run through an automated program to reduce the file size before being uploaded and occasionally one or two will get wiped. There's actually three of them in the insides pack and probably more in the others (haven't checked yet), they just need to be resubmitted in here and hopefully they'll go in the next update.

@geordie1981 and @Humberto21 this has occurred to all submissions set as “active” on the 17th of january for some reason. You don't need to submit a new picture simply just set the image to “complete” and then back to “active”.

FYI the site also compresses them so the double compression may lead to reduced quality.
There is a compare compression link available for every image and the couple I just checked look okay though.
