has anyone got a original copy of the simatchviewer.fmf folder i did not backup and i have regrets.
Leeds1919
Just reaquire it on steam
Latrell yard man
i thought of that but it will replace all my other mod files i think so did not want to take the risk.l
FeilFM
Is there an updated version of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and if so, would it be possible to upload pictures.
thanks for doing this, gives FM a new major dimension, very impressed ✌️
gwkor
still not a 100% for 24.3 patch? i'll wait then. thanks
fmilln7
I'm guessing we need to delete the old file and replace it with this new updated one or do we need to keep the old one? Thanks again for your work
priority76
Replace!
bacarl
@priority76 As you said that, delete old stadium fix.fmf and replace it with new one. So, do we not need simatchviewer.fmf anymore? I wonder if I should delete it or restore it to the original.
priority76
If you've updated to 24.3 it will have been restored to the original. You can replace it with this one, if you want to use it.

this is an insane job, @priority76 ! quick input from the german side. feedback-basis: aston villa fully closed (thank god for that). installed the latest version of your stadium fix:
arminia bielefeld (ID 904, 3rd tier, 27k) - LINK
1.fc kaiserslautern (ID 945, 2nd tier, 50k) - LINK
fsv mainz 05 (ID 918, 1st tier, 33k) - LINK
1.fc köln (ID 916, 1st tier, 50k, checked: fully closed in original DB) -LINKshould be fully closed, since the live-experience is definitely one of an encased arena. bielefeld and kaiserslautern each have 2 rather unique corners installed
heidenheim (ID 880295, 1st tier, 15k) is fully closed now - LINK
not checked in-game (didn't have the energy to start another new save), but should be closed as well:
paderborn (ID 121198, 2nd tier, 15k) - wins the award for ugliest stadium design, but is fully walled. - LINK
i hope this helps. cheers!
fmilln7
Do we need to use the simatch file as well? Thanks
priority76
Heidenheim should now be fully closed. In the editor Paderborn is fully closed, so I guess that's been updated. It is not possible to change how many tiers a stadium has, so the rest of the stadiums already look as close to reality as they can.
priority76
You don't have to. It is not necessary to start a new game, so you can give it try and back your original if you want to go back.
fostberg
thanks for your quick reply! so you're saying that there is simply no editor wizardry available that could close the 4 corner gaps in the mainz and the 2 corner gaps in the bielefeld & kaiserslautern stadiums? damn, thats a bummer - you were my last hope for a bundesliga save
priority76
Sorry I misunderstood you. I'm not going to change the main file as the way I see it those stadiums do have gaps in the corners. However here is a special verison for you that should change them.
fostberg
this is so awesome! massive, thanks, @priority76 ! you've made an old gamer very happy!! the stadium in kaiserslautern was the loudest one in germany, when they were playing in the bundesliga 20+ years ago. louder than the westfalenstadion (the original name) in dortmund! the fans were crazy, you could not hear a thing! … same goes for the stadium in bielefeld, which is obviously smaller, but truly special because of the compressed atmosphere in these grounds. both stadiums have permanently closed corners, but surely not within the SI asset-range … i 100% see your point with the mainz arena though… although, the glass-corner-walls are helpling a lot to narrow everything together.
capo307
Is this the final version as of yesterday or can we expect more fixes as you mentioned in the description?
priority76
There will never be a “final version”.
capo307
I understand 🙂
I was just wondering about „only some of the smaller countries to do“ and if the problems caused by the new patch are game-braking or anything.
priority76
There is nothing game breaking. Unless you're planning to manage in Mexico or South Korea or South Africa (plus some others), you can consider it the final version.
Nops
Hey, how did you do ? I use FMRTE as well, I would like to use this beautiful work without leaving my current career 🙂
Thanks

Did you do Croatian league…balkans
priority76
There sure are a lot of Gradski stadions.

Hey @priority76 , I just wanted to start by saying great job.
I have a question/request regarding Charlton Athletic's "The Valley" Stadium.
Is there a method to add an LCD screen to either the "Bottom Left" (preferred) or "Top Left" side of Charlton's "The Valley" Stadium?
I attempted various adjustments in the editor, but none seemed to yield the desired outcome. Interestingly, the only successful approach to add an LCD screen to a corner without a stand was to "mirror" the corners. This involved removing the stands from the Top and Bottom Right sides and relocating them to the Bottom and Top Left sides respectively. Then, an LCD screen appeared on one of the right corners. However, this adjustment also seems to have affected the seating arrangement for away fans, who should be accommodated in the detached stand.
Copywriter
Is it werking in a saved game or only in a new one?
priority76
New one.
priority76
Thanks! As far as I can tell the only things you can change with any degree of certainty are if there is a stand, if it has seating and if it has a roof. Even then, some stadiums “refuse” to be altered the way you want. I don't know why. I suppose this is a bit of the editor we are not meant to access so it's not going to work flawlessly. In terms of getting anything else to change, like where screens or away fans are, is due to luck and tinkering. It's certainly not something I've tried experimenting with but good luck to you!

Is this compatible with Fez's Enhanced Turf Textures? They change the pitch textures.
Tommy Hughes
It is. Different files are affected with these two separate updates, so no worries mate! 🙂
