I've started a new save with a completely different challenge, with Sandnes from the Norwegian OBOS-ligaen. A team who are mid range but overall, dont have alot to shout about ability wise. I took them to the top league and am so far, exceeding expectations.
So this tactic starts out as a 4-2-4, which kinda works like a 4-2-3-1. Basic roles at the back, nothing too fancy in the middle or uptop, but certainly relies alot on the pressing forward and the DLP to make it all tick.
