Keep dreaming.

You'd know all about dreaming, mainly about titles

Well if Huddlestone, Parker and Dempsey are all sold, you'll have Paulinho, Chadli, Dembele, Livermore and Sandro, right?

Is Iago Falque worth holding onto? I know Carroll looks pretty decent.

I always thought Falque was pretty highly rated.

Portugese media claim we are 'on the brink' of signing Oscar Cardozo

Just once I wish we could not be in this place and actually fucking sign somebody.

I really rate Iago tbh, he's got a bit of dos Santos' style, probably going to get wasted if he won't get his chance.

We're not going public with everything, Moyes mentioned in that presser that Woodward was working on 'deals' not just this deal.

We're insistent on playing this one out in public though for some reason.

I quite like it though, it's refreshing that Moyes is honest in comparison with Ferguson's constant scheming and double speak. Nice to know what's actually going on for once rather than knowing that Ferguson was probably lying about something.

Unless all this is really Moyes' way to distract other clubs from interfering with their other deals.

Which is quite clever, haven't seen any United-related deals widely reported other than this one.

Nah, no way, never understood that argument.

What would we do if we didn't actually want him but Barca accepted a bid?

I think it's more likely a bit of street savvy after the Thigo saga, Moyes made a very deliberate point of not talking about that one. Quotes of 'I never said Thiago was a target', not talk about other players etc.. then Guardiola mentions it in public and Bayern gott the deal done in days. Since then we've leaked a story about Fabregas and Rooney to the press.

I think United won't "didn't actually want him", if Barca accept it's a bonus, but Moyes might have other plans in store.

I think it might also have something to do with the stigma that Moyes wouldn't chase big name signings.

Mick Harford to Barcelona?

Alfred N'Diaye to some Turkish side, looks to be happening. Surprised, though he looked alright. Gino Peruzzi to Sunderland looks to be finally completed.

I think it also helps distract from the whole Rooney to Chelsea thing, which for United would be negative attention. Chasing Cesc publicly puts something United positive in the headlines instead.

How good is Soldado? We're strongly linked with him, apparently Baldini went to Spain to finalise the deal.

Better than Negredo, in my opinion, at least.

Goalscoring record is excellent.

Load of money for a 29 year old though.

Probably worth it if those goals get you CL football.

Isn't he like very tall? If so i can't see Adebayor staying.. him and Adebayor are too similar, just Soldado can score.
