Paid for subscriptions but not reflected

Hi, I have paid for the subscriptions but membership is not reflected. My subscription email and paypal email are different. Can anyone help?

I can't find a transaction in the database. Could you give me the paypal transaction number from paypal?

If you're having trouble finding it do a search for the email address "[email protected]" and then click "details".

Search can be found under History > Basic Search > Find Transaction on http://paypal.com

Note you may need to change the dates when searching.

That subscription is coming up as being related to this user: Thomas Peh who does have premium access.

Did you register a new account and forget or something?
