A second straight draw in the Championship as this home game vs. Livingston ended three apiece. Craig Johnston scored twice inbetween a Ryan Walker goal but the game also saw us finish with two injuries to Craig Johnston and Danny Stoney who have both been ruled out for up to four weeks.
Just when you think it's going to be a third Championship draw in a row, Ryan Walker pops up with his second of the game to give us a dramatic three points and our first win in the Championship since being promoted.
Thought we might have been knocked out in this round. Why did I even think that? An excellent performance saw us beat Ross County 2-0 at Central Park as winger Malky Baird and central midfielder Scott Allardice on the scoreboard. Our reward is a third round trip to League 2 side Stenhousemuir, another tough tie as they beat Ayr in the previous round, would have preferred it at home but c'est le vie.
Cheers man! I'm quite surprised to be unbeaten considering we had to travel to both Dundee United and St. Johnstone in our first three games.
Three more points as our unbeaten start in the Championship continues but I'm not overly impressed as we shouldn't have needed to hold on against the ten men of Brechin at Glebe Park - Ryan Walker and Jason Kerr our scorers.
Just agreed to bring in a new striker as Joe Gormley joins the club on a season long loan deal from Exeter. I don't expect him to bag us loads of goals (phew, no pressure!) but he will bring in experience from the English Football League which'll help matters or so I hope. He's not exactly been prolific since leaving Cliftonville.
Perhaps we should've lost this fixture away to Ayr as we were second best for large parts as despite Jason Kerr putting us a goal up from the penalty spot on eighteen minutes, Sean Wilson's equaliser just after the hour mark denied us maximum points but the unbeaten run continues.
Just recorded a thumping home victory over Motherwell, winning five goals to nil as Craig Johnson, Jon Grant, Scott Allardice, Jason Kerr (pen) and William Boyle all found the target - Callum Crane was sent off for visitors Motherwell but truth be told, the game was done before the sending off.
And that's my spell done and dusted and it's been a tremendous start to the campaign as not only are we sitting up in second place at the beginning of October but we are also unbeaten in the Championship and it's now up to Dan to try and maintain our excellent start to the league season - no pressure lad.
Pressure, what pressure? I start my reign with a four nil win, away from home and taking us to the top of the tree. Goals from Grant, Neill (OG), Walker and Kerr sent us on this walk to three points.
Still unbeaten in the lead with this 3-2 win over Dundee United meaning we've done the double over them already! A Walker goal gave us the lead before Dundee United went two one up. Allarice and Grant pulled us back in it and to the three points.
No issues here in the Scottish Cup Third Round, come back from one down with two goals from Walker to secure the win, we face Nairn County in the next round.
Livingston are becoming my bogey side as I lose to them for a second time in a row, luckily not as heavy this time but the side sat in fifth beat us two one here.

An expected defeat in the League Cup to Premiership side St. Mirren, lets move on quickly . . .

Dull.

Still unbeaten after this excellent win against Ross County at Central Park, Ryan Walker bagging a second half double.

Absolutely horrible result, we're out the Challenge cup against lower league side Stenhourmuir!

Our unbeaten run in the league is at an end as Livingston, strugglers in the league, smashed us completely!
Dan
And we've now been battered at home, losing out four nil against St Johnstone, I'm hoping this isn't the start of a poor run!

Just doing what you've done the last few seasons
A Scott Allardice goal on the half hour mark secured three points against Brechin.
Dan
Back to back one nil wins will do lovely especially when one is against second place Dunfermline! Cuddihy netting this time for us.
Dan
Tough defeat to take, lost out one nil against a strong Ross County side.
Dan
Disappointed with this, two points dropped as we blow a two nil lead after just fifteen minutes. Motherwell came back to steal a point from us.

A good win over Ayr United at home, Walker, Johnston and Kerr on the scoresheet whilst we kept a clean sheet our end.
Dan
Poor result!
Dan
Another victory over Dundee United, two one away from home thanks to a Ryan Walker brace.
Dan
Second vs third and we grabbed a point, we were deemed lucky to hold on but I'll take that, two points off the top.
Dan

Dan
League leaders Dunfermline too strong for us here and they deserved all three points they took away with their two one victory.
