Ordered the premium membership and it appears as active within ‘shop orders’ but I'm still getting prompted to sign up to premium when trying to download anything.

 

Also not appearing on my profile banner.

 

Any help appreciated 🙂

 

I have manually set you as a premium member as I can see your shop order but you weren't showing as premium

@SamMcSam123 this normally happenings because you have two accounts under two different email addresses. If you go to the shop orders page you can type in your paypal email and find your orders.

 

If that doesn't work you can PM me your paypal email address and i'll look into it.

According to your shop orders your premium membership expired  years ago, are you using more than one account here?

I don’t think I am no. According to my PayPal account though I’ve been paying a fee every January. If I private message you my paypal details is there a way you can find out which account oh here they are linked to?

Problem solved, it seems like I have some how managed to create two accounts with a very similar name! Not entirely sure why.

I forgot to cancel my subscription and payment has been made on out of date debit card via PayPal 

not sure what to do now

i have cancelled subscription now via PayPal but not sure who I contact to let them know what’s happened 

 

Iam cancelling as not got any time to play FM

Your account is 2 months old, so I can't see how you can have had the premium membership for 2 years before now. Are you sure this is the same account on which you have premium membership? Could you have been using another name perchance?

Then I should be logged into your website with a wrong account. But you must be able to see what account that is (I have no idea) if you check my PayPal payment or search for my name in your system?

As I can see the premium membership has been purchased (but is still being processed), I have manually changed your status over 😉

Hello

@Footygamer I wasn't aware that it was an automatic renewal for the premium membership. I have just received an email saying that you have taken another payment for £10.00 from my PayPal account. 

I will not be playing FM 2023, so can I please receive a refund back to my PayPal account.
