Editing Manager Apperance

Hi, I'm looking for general ideas on how I can extract my manager for editing in an external graphics programme like Blender. As far as I can tell there is no immediately accessible file specific to the manager in any subfolder. 

Any thoughts on how to proceed would be hugely appreciated.
