Genoa Tactic Help IDK what Im doing wrong

Hello.
For the past few weeks I've been banging my head against the wall as I simply do not understand what's wrong with the tactics I make. They create a fair amount of scoring opportunities, but the ball either goes to the one guy who never scores, or the guys who score just refuse to even hit the goalkeeper, let alone the goal.
I'll provide screenshots. Please help me, bros.
