The 3-4-1-2 tactic was created due to Tumini's concerns as the virtual manager of Chelsea fans who saw that Pochetinho was not utilizing Chelsea players optimally haha.
This tactic may work well for you or you will have to adapt it to the player attributes available in your save. Tumini will continue to create new tactics to help virtual managers navigate their day to day in FM more easily.

You can adjust the tactics in the video based on role selection and instructional tactics, but you have to be more observant in adjusting the roles according to the existing player attributes. good luck !
