u21 euro squad selection custom start date

is there anyway I can view and edit the national squads selection day so I can call up/demote players for the u21 euros? I want to start my career in that tournament. I want the selection day to be 6 June 2023, which is currently the confirmation day but squads can't be changed.

You can in the editor. It's quite complicated to explain off hand though and i'm not sure there's a guide online anywhere. Have a look at the “Move World Cup” file as an example.

There are  things you can do in the pre game editor try changing the days you need to edit here-

[NB you may encounter several other issues by doing this though as the editor is buggy,I have seen fake players called up and problems with Afcon rules just by editing the Euros]

The best option is FMRTE you can edit any international squad even after the AI has picked it,to mirror real life call ups if you wish etc saves issues the pre game editor may cause

been trying to work through this. how did you get to this page? I've been trying to find the U21 Euros competition in pre-game editor I can't find it

you have to open the competition in advanced rules - read here 

these are rules for U21 NB there are several sets of rules due to the comp being fluid so all would have to change

Thank you I found it but as you said it messes up the qualifiers. It says the qualifiers now have zero teams but when I check it still says 54 teams. I guess its just too complicated and I must try a different save. All I did was change Days before Finals for preliminary squad so I don't know why it would mess things up. It tested fine when I left had forgot to remove the comps from the nation (as I used nation rules) but when I removed them and tested it again it gave me that error

This needs to be  be an international rules file not a nation

However There are so many bugs with the pre game editor it is frankly a joke year after year

I dont test in the editor as it is pointless it can verify but you find errors in the game sometimes well into a save 

yea it seems like an impossible task I'm just gonna start before the squad selection but its still 2 weeks left of the season. Will it continue to sim the matches accurately as I will not be involved? or would it change where teams go on to finish.

Only had the free version just got the license and I'm super lost I won't lie lol. May have been easier if I just got the og in-game editor. So how do I go about doing this? Sorry for keep asking about this.

FMRTE is the only editor that allows this- go to the national team- select a player under the players profile there is an option swap national call up, swap the player you want, save move game forward
