Sup everyone,
first time contributing and submitting something to this community. Real results unfortunately don't seem work without a custom start date from what I can tell, but they're still up to date in the file leading up to 05/11/23.
In case there's anything amiss or incorrect, feel free to let me know. I had to manually add some fixtures because the fixture creator I've used had some issues with teams like Nijmegen or Twente for some reason.

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do I start on 5/11? When I load the fmf I start in July (and I can't change it).

You would need a custom start date file to ensure that the real results are loaded up correctly in your save.
I tried freestyling it picking an Australian start date (16/10) and the results leading up to that date were still randomized (Ajax won everything for me lol). Something in the database/on the back-end is preventing real results from being implemented, so we'll have to stay put for now unfortunately.

Ok, I looked to see if there was a file for FM24 but as I only saw the one for FM23, I thought I had misunderstood you. I'll have to wait then, thanks!

If you pick a startdate in India you can start both early, mid or late November 🙂

That's a great shout! Thank you so much for pointing that out.
I'll try and get a custom start date file sorted today along with updates to the real results if I can manage. Fingers crossed the database will acknowledge and implement the results that way.

Do you use a tool to generate the matches and results?
Or are you typing in everything manually in the editor?

I had to add certain fixtures manually (particularly those involving Ajax, Nijmegen, Twente and Vitesse), but the general procedure involved using this fixture generator by Dmitri-K: https://sortitoutsi.net/content/49466/fixtures-generator along with data provided by Transfermarkt.co.uk

I've tested 7-8 new saves now, start dat 13.11.2023.
All the results in played games are random.
Any idea why that happens?

I have the same problem as Kraake.
Tried it on a few different startdates from India but every time I get random results.
Anyone knows how to use this correctly? I really want to pick up where Steijn destroyed the club 🙂

When starting on 01.01.2024 (Brasil) i get random results.

I've read on the SI forum that it's a bug with the editor.. They'll fix it in the next update but it's unknown when that will release.
