I am trying to expand the copa america to 24 teams, adopting the format of euro and afcon and asian cup. my version of copa will include 4 semi finalists from the afcon and asian cup, beside the 16 teams (10 conmebol teams and 6 concacaf teams qualifying via concacaf nations league and copa playoff). I am editing the default copa, not creating a new one from scratch and keep getting this error

but there is no stage 3 in the competition, only 2 (stage 0 group and stage 1 cup). how can i fix this error? i have been trying to duplicate the advanced rules of euro afcon and asian cup but nothing works.
