As the New Zealand leagues are largely coming to an end, and the National League championship about to begin to finish the 2024 season, I have updated my files to reflect the changes for those that want to play with the teams in their 2025 divisions. I have made a file without 2024 database changes for those that just want to play from the 2024 start date but with teams in their 2025 divisions, and a file that has all the division and cup histories updated for what happened in real life this season, where you would start in 2025 with correct rosters, teams and league history for every first team that played in a playable division this year.
In 2025 the Central League will have a new second division. All the teams competing in that division are reflected in this file, and my best guesses to who will play in the Central Federation League which now is a pseudo third regional division along side the Capital Prem. Other changes to the file include:
- Auckland FC created in the Australian league system but not playable
- Auckland FC Reserves created to play and playable in the Northern League just like the Wellington Phoenix Reserves in the Central League
- All Auckland FC/Reserves signings up to date and in their respective teams
- National League clubs transfers updated including an overhaul of Auckland City's roster ahead of the Intercontinental Cup (Myer Bevan including after terminating his contract with his Canadian Club in April
- Every team league history updated for the 2024 season (NZ League 2025 Data file)
- Some team ratings changed to reflect league status
