FM 14 Editor - How to rehabilitate an old country in editor ?

I've tried to create a national football team of some old countries such as Soviet, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia and their leagues. When i created this file in FM 14 editor, it tested good. But when i created this game with these new leagues, it's been crashed dump. After that, i created this game without these new leagues, it has not been crashed dump but the countries and the national football teams i rehabilitated : Soviet, Yugoslavia... it didn't exist in game.

What's the solution for me ? how could i do for my plan ?
