Socially, at whichever point she decides to live as a woman. I mean, there is no difference between a trans girl and a cis girl unless you're trying to have sex with them. I'm not going to lie and say some of them don't look incredibly ropey but people find out at different stages who they really are or however you want to frame it. If you're lucky, you would be on HRT before puberty really kicks in. I mean, the average age for sex change operations is suprisingly high, can't remember what it is off the top of my head. Either way, I'd be willing to bet money that you've met transgenders before without know anything about it. Some of them look awful, some of them look fine and some of them look genuinely beautiful. Doesn't matter though. If you're a transsexual once you're a transsexual for life. Not everyone is accepting and some people would never let you live it down.

But yeah, in the eyes of the law, I believe it's when you have your sex change operation but I've actually never asked. The biggest problem is there's basically one place in the country which can decide whether you can have a sex change and, by all accounts I've heard, they are cunts.

Yeah caught that on fox or one of the HD channels last week. Some bloke was locked up for not paying child support and now he's suing the government or some shit because when he sat down with the mediator and his ex they got the number from $900 a month down to like $300 or something and the judge said no that's not high enough make it 600.

Guy couldn't pay it, he doesn't earn that much so he's been locked up ever since and is suing.

Also, the fact that the Worlds coal consumption has stayed broadly level despite a 1bn rise in population would indicate China is becoming the home of manufacturing goods for the rest of the worlds consumption, which we know to be true anyway so there's that as well.
