BUG .... win felt like a defeat

OK, ive just taken charge of QPR and after securing a narrow 1-0 home win over Derby the result summary said "Derby get the 3 points!"
I didnt get an option to carry out a post match teamtalk to my players and then the result then showed as a 2-0 defeat on my homescreen.... now my job is under threat.... never had this sort of thing happen before in my 12 year addiction! to FM

Seems odd, make sure you report it over at SIgames and provide screenshots if you can
