So bitter.

If you don't think there's a difference between FIFA and real life then you have a serious problem.
Nah, you're just butthurt 'cos we hammered you in that last twenty. If you score a goal you have every right to celebrate it, even if the opposition fans don't value you it as much as you do. Giroud has taken a lot of criticism this season and have every right to celebrate scoring a goal in front of his home fans, whilst Theo sealed his hattrick with a superb solo goal - one any striker would be proud of.

No it fucking isn't.
There's a difference between playing a video game with your mate and scoring a real goal in a real football game in front of 60,000 people, clearly. I can't believe we're even debating this. I thought the drawn out debates about offside decisions and Luis Suarez were tedious, but now I'm having to defend a player for celebrating for too long? It's a complete nothing argument.
Sam
How can you agree when your sig has Suarez doing a pathetic, time wasting celebration?
Just watching the Villa-Wigan highlights, you can tell your team is playing shit when Emmerson Boyce waltzes through your defence.
bluemoon.
Frankly so long as it's in-front of their own fans and it's not an elaborate dance-routine (as with Walcott and Gibbs, which was annoying) they can celebrate how they want.

I'd love to see them allow elaborate celebrations in the NFL again, some of them used to be great.

This, 100%. It's such a stupid discussion.

I'm not saying they're wrong to celebrate, just thought it was a little sad to celebrate a goal like it's a title winner or something, when it was just another one to the tally.
Plus don't see what the Suarez one has to do with it, that was quite clearly a response to Moyes, and was definitely an important goal too but whatever.

You spout so much shit.
The way some have you have gone you'd have thought Giroud celebrated for 10 minutes. He scored a brace in front of his home fans in a game that was really important to us - how is it 'sad' to celebrate, show some emotion and really enjoy the moment? It doesn't matter that the game was won at 5-3, or 6-3 - complaining about players celebrating, when the celebrations were done without any intention to antagonise the opposition, is pathetic.
I'm depressed by the fact I have to even have to have this discussion - it's such a retarded debate that Shola's started simply because he's a bit pissed off after the game. Fair enough, I get frustrated a say stupid shit when Arsenal lose, but I get the impression you're debating this subject to be awkward. Do you really give shit? Did it annoy you when you watched the game? Did you even watch it? Or are you just arguing for the sake of it?
King Luis
STOP THEN
Carroll.
And all I've said is I see where Shola is coming from, it can be a bit cuntish and if you can't see that then that's your own problem. I never said once it's wrong of them to celebrate or anything like that. This discussion is boring anyway, seeing you seem to think I'm complaining about it, when I've explained a good few times that there's nothing actually wrong with it, it's just a bit cuntish thing to do.

LOGIC
I swear you just like commenting on things, I don't think you even believe half of the things you say.
Carroll.
Yes, I have nothing better to do than that. Seems you can't say have a discussion on here now a days without people being insulting.

Walcott celebrated what was a great goal and also the clincher of his hat trick.
What a pair of cunts.

I didn't actually aim any of it at Arsenal, just excessive celebrating in general.
