Good, because no-one asked your opinion.

Well, no one asked you to comment on mine, if you don't care don't comment.

Yeah, fuck we got so much help from City scoring after we should have gone 3 up. Only reason we won imo.

Not talked about today, in general. City were helped a bit today (although they could have got some calls which the referee never gave) but you were helped a lot across the season. Almost backfired.

Van Persie left for a much better team ffs, the table at this moment in time shows why what he did was right for himself.

So we've beaten Liverpool, Chelsea and City away from home.

Be very surprised if we don't win the league now.

I dont get the RVP hate, Henry and Cesc don't get any and they left for the same reasons. Fair enough though. Also Clichy, Toure, Adebayor, Nasri, Vieira.

Fabregas and Henry gave us everything during there time here and didn't leave our greatest rivals (bar Tottenham). I was gutted to see Cesc leave, as you'd expect, but any reasonable fan couldn't begrudge him a move to the best team in the world who also were his hometown club. van Persie, on the other hand, spent a huge chunk of his career at Arsenal injured, where we stood by him and offered him new contracts, and once he finally reached his potential he turned his back on the club, on Wenger, and left. Wenger made him the player he is and he repaid him and the club by humiliating them with that statement in July. I can understand why he would want to go and win trophies but surely you can understand why Arsenal fans are bitter as to how he handled the entire situation? Henry and Fabregas will always be welcomed back at Arsenal, as they gave their best years to the club, but van Persie will forever be remembered for joining United.

I don't hate him, and I don't wish serious injury on him, but I feel a great dislike for him - which is surely understandable.

Not even half way through this season yet. You're in a great position but I wouldn't get too cocky.

I see your point about the club the players going to making a difference. Out of curiosity what do Arsenal fans think about Gallas going to Tottenham? I guess as he left the club when his contract ran out and he'd had some issues with the club (losing the captaincy etc.) then it's not as bad a situation?

Surely Fabregas didn't give his best years to Arsenal, he moved to Barca at 24. You could make the argument that, like Van Persie, Arsenal developed him and he left the club after reaching his full potential.

It's a bit of an odd thing for me to relate to, Newcastle never seem to sell players directly to Sunderland. At least not big name players we'd rather keep hold of.

He was only 24 but he was a first-team player for us from the age of 17. Perhaps not his best years, but certainly a large chunk of his career. He left on good terms, didn't go to one of our direct rivals and will always be welcomed back. The Gallas situation is different because his contract expired and he was a free agent - he wasn't one of our star players. He lost a lot of respect from Arsenal fans for going to Tottenham but no one was too fussed about it.

There's a lot of difference between Fabregas and van Persie with regards to their time with us. Fabregas was a consumate professional throughout and became a key player for us having come up through the youth system. He repaid the faith Wenger showed him through his performances. van Persie, on the other hand, spent around six years of his career with us in and out of the treatment room. Despite his obvious potential, we stuck by him and offered him new deals despite his injuries, his bad temperament and accusations of sexual assault. Other managers may have chosen to get rid of him and buy someone not so injury prone and not so controversial. When he finally came good, he ended up humiliating the club and Wenger and joined a huge rivals of ours.

I don't care if you agree with my reasons but surely you can understand why I don't like the guy. It doesn't matter anyway, he's a United player now, but please don't try and talk me into cutting him some slack.

Na, he prefers to hide behind Twitter doesn't he?

And no idea why Hart is being made out to be a hero, im pretty certain any player would have done the same thing.

Cole on, Enrique off, Downing put back to lb. Bit daft considering we've 2 defenders on the bench and Agger could have gone to lb.

Things I don't understand:

Why Mancini picked Balotelli over Tevez, loves playing against us and caused havoc when he came on.
Why he brought on Toure instead of Lescott, I know who I'd rather play against.

Why no one else picked up Diame for West Ham, I think he's class.

Matt Jarvis is a great wee player. Hope he gets into the next England squad - we need a natural winger who can beat players and cross.
