Processing speed FMC/Regular FM

Hello,

I had to change computers, the one I am using right now is rather (painfully) slow - 1,8Ghz I think, so I have to start a new save with fewer leagues loaded.
I was wondering whether there was a difference in processing speed between FM and FMC ,with the same db and leagues loaded.

I'd imagine so, since it won't be also processing the other stuff which it takes out for all the AI managers.
