It's a photo from his facebook page, posted in January 2020. The quality isn't perfect but I think might be a better source than this one if its background is difficult to cut out.

@TiagoSeattle As explained already, there should not be more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Anything else is not needed. And what's that underneath the ear to our left? Can we have the source for this one please? 👍
