@Tsouninho, these cuts aren't bad at all but there are a few things which need to be corrected before they can be added to the megapack.
a) There shouldn't be more than 2-3 pixels' space between the top of the head and the top of the canvas. The reason is so that as much space as possible is taken up by the face in the canvas.
b) Every cut must include a bit of collar, however at the same time you should have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and/or bottom of facial hair. In cases where the neck is longer than usual or the collar is lower down (such as seems to be the case in this image), use the technique outlined in this video to quickly and easily nudge the collar up as much as required so that the cut is in keeping with the normal megapack look.
c) Care should be taken to avoid snow on cuts as much as possible. This short and easy-to-understand video shows a good method of how to quickly spot and clean snow.

d) When uploading a pack, the filename of each image must be each person's Unique ID, which is how the config file tells the game which image to display for each person.
