@StuartNG, when cutting images from large sources, remember to crop the image to around the area so that when remove.bg downscales it, you don't lose quality. A bit of tweaking to the contrast etc will also help in some cases.
I'm not sure the source is an improvement anyway as it's not of the best quality.
