@GaryL, this cut (and Go Tae-Gyu too) has edges which are a bit too jagged and very little hair details. Could you please link to the original source image as this may allow for a better cut to be produced?

As an aside, for the time being while you're still getting the feel of cutting, perhaps it'd be better if you took this as a general rule. Can I ask what cutting program and technique(s) you're using? Perhaps we can give you some tips on how to improve it...
