The minimum cut-out size is 180x180. If a source is in 80x80 which includes his torso and upwards, don't you think it's too small to be cut @zigmmund ? I've rejected all those of that size.

If you're going to make requests with multiple images, may I suggest doing so in bulk using the upload pack button. Save the images on your PC with the person's UID and upload them all in one go, instead of one-by-one, to save some time 👍

It's not just about quality but about size.

If you crop the source image, the area for the face is 211x211. If you upscale it to 250x250, the image will lose a bit of quality. Try it to see what I mean 😉

I would have tried having the final cut in 250x250, but I can certainly see why @Ttggfr preferred to go for 180x180.

I have already tried on other cut out face. Yes we lose a little in quality but often the 250 X 250 makes better i find. Personally , from 200 , i go to 250.

Here the existing cut is already in 250 X 250 , so if it is to cut a 180 X 180 , you might as well refuse the source in my opinion.

LOL no wonder I got tagged multiple times, seems like you guys are having a debate over whether a source should be in 250x250 or 180x180.

IMO, unless the area of the face is like 24()x24(), otherwise I would not have forced it to 250x250, as it would otherwise make the cut blurry. Unless I can optimize and ensure that the face does not look like my Japnese 18+, otherwise I would not enlarge the pic and make it lose its quality.

As for the cuts, I believe that whether it is 250x250 or 180x180 is not that much of an importance, as long as the source is more recent then I would cut it upon request unless it is rejected.

I quibble slightly with your reasoning, because a lot of skins now display player faces in 250x250, irrespective of their actual size, so having it in 250x250 is preferable as long as the source allows it. If the source resolution is good enough, a 220 image can be upscaled to 250 with relatively little loss of quality. But generally speaking, it's up to the cutter really 👍
