@Lebohang Mokoena There's some snow on the right side of the image (which wasn't there in the source image)

This is what the image looks like if I turn off the transparency, obviously in the image you uploaded it isn't quite as evident (it's subtle but definitely noticeable on my monitor). What steps did you take to create the cutout? Something must have messed up when you either saved the image or imported it into your image editor.

That's one of the potential issues when the requested source is already pre-cut, because whoever pre-cut it may not have been as thorough as we are. For example, this is also the case for a lot of the German Bundesliga sources, for some reason, and which is reflected in a lot of their default SI cuts. In cases like this, I always pass the cut through remove.bg, which removes it.

In this particular case, I've cleaned the source and will post it when I'm on my computer

Thanks. Next time I see a precut, I'll pass through remove.bg too

@mons In this case, most of the snow (if it can be called that in the cutout @Lebohang Mokoena uploaded) wasn't there in the requested source image, only some snow around the hair edges. I think what might have caused it is either OP copy+pasted the image rather than saved and imported the image into Photoshop/GIMP, which can mess up the transparency, or the resizing tool OP used had an issue with transparency. The visual artefacts are the same type as when browsing a .PNG file in teampack/mixpack .ZIPs using this site's built in viewer, for example (e.g. this one), which might or might not be related to this.
