@bhamichaelg, you're doing some fantastic work, but do take the time to check if a player's current cut is of a superior quality to the source in hand before taking it on. It's impossible to get a good cut from a bad source, as a rule of thumb. And also, try to crop images closer to the chin before cropping them 😉
