Not bad @iLLs`, but we ask for images to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin and above the head.

At 250x250, the canvas isn't enormous and wasting 20 of them on empty space or bits of the neck or upper chest is not ideal.

Since in some sources, like possibly this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, cropping an image near the chin in this manner would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
