@dezzy1690, can we have the original sources both for this and for the Harley Ewen cut? The area above the head shouldn't be larger than 2-3 pixels, and recutting them may well provide better results than cropping and upscaling them, which would lead to some loss of image quality.
I was gonna cut them in 180 x 180 as i did notice they looked a little short, I think the Jack Harkness one is to small for 250 x 250 as well now I've seen it in the game.

Mons, here are the 3 pictures i used for the cuts, there from last years academy profile head shots, but there the best out there at the minute for those 3 players.
