@Kontrakt, apart from the issues with snow identified earlier, this is a good cut, but keep in mind that every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, like presumably the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
