@Guerrinha! most of these have good-quality images already available in the megapack.
When requesting images for them, therefore, please make sure that the images you upload are of sufficient quality to provide a better cut. Just because it's a photo from this season does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It might be, but there's little point in cutting an image for a person whose image is very similar and from not too long ago.
While it is always nice to have recent images in the megapack, we have over 330,000 images in it already and many thousands more to add. If the player's current cut-out is already representative of what he looks like right now, then it's not really a priority to recut him again, so it isn't considered an improvement. It's better that cutters' time is used in a productive manner on images which are needed, rather than ones which are merely nice to have. Images which are not improvements will therefore be rejected, so do take the time in the future to consider if the images you want to upload are really improvements so that you don't waste your time on requesting them if they'll be rejected.
The pictures might be 425x508, but how tall is the face in that? 200 pixels high or thereabouts. That's not large enough to go for 250x250 because when you upscale it, you will lose quality. I don't see the benefit in cutting the ones I've rejected. Even the ones I've left pending are borderline, frankly.
If an image is missing, like the ones in your youth pack for this team, then it's a different situation, but if a guy has a good-quality megapack cut, then there's no reason for images such as this to be requested. Here's a thread on how to find the best possible source images for your requests. Official sites may not be the best place to look and better, larger images may be available elsewhere online.

I understand, I just think this current one is pretty bad (not in technical terms, but in representing the player, even though he keeps the "same look") 😢

Given the relatively small size of the requested source, any cut produced from it will be of an equal inferior quality, so it's not worth cutting as it won't be an improvement.
