It's 2-3 pixels both above the head and beneath the chin; it's a facepack, remember, not a face-and-neck pack. You're doing everything right otherwise @valen_seba, you're just failing to crop according to our guidelines.
@valen_seba, please crop images much closer to the top of the head. Don't leave any more than 2-3 pixels' worth of space.
