Not bad @realPixy208, but there's a couple of things to keep in mind for any future cuts.
a) Cut dimensions are either 250x250 or 180x180 in case of smaller sources, not anything in between 😉
b) Secondly, every cut must have a collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, including possibly this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
