Maybe you could help. That's actually the image the game itself has used (as seen on the FM editor) but with the facepack installed, it replaces it. Is there anyway I can remove the facepack imagine?

I would imagine it's a larger version thereof tbh. If you find it in the dimensions you requested the other image in, it'll certainly be an improvement and you'd avoid all the below faff.
To remove it from the megapack outright, find the image filename titled 2000056866.png and remove it.
Open the config.xml, find the line containing 2000056866 and remove that too. You'll have to repeat this step for every update pack you download since the config file will overwrite the one you've changed.
