@allanfcl, not a bad cut at all, but it's important to keep an eye out for snow. While at a glance there doesn't seem to be much wrong with the cut, when viewed on a dark background (just click the image), you'll see that a bit of the background colour is included in the hair, which is what we call snow
It's quite easy to remove using the below technique:

@lol67366475483838923, you removed the background but replaced it with a white one. The dimensions should also be 250x250. Quite good otherwise.
Have a look at this thread for the guidelines for cutting and various related tutorials if you want to make more cuts in the future 👍
