Not bad @azzuri21, but please keep in mind that all cuts must have a collar.
Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image has a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a technique of how the above can be accomplished quite easily by lassoing the collar and nudging it upwards:
I'll see what I can do with this one but please remember this requirement for any future cuts you may do 👍

@ssllmmccn, apart from a reminder to crop closer to the top of the head, in cases like this where the source isn't large enough or a very good quality, it's better to cut it as a 180x180…
