@Kush X, images should be cropped no further than 2-3 pixels from the chin and from the top of the head. The hair in this one has been cut in a somewhat jagged manner too.
Can you upload the original source without the background removed so that we can attempt to cut it again with the above in mind?

@12345cieza, when a source is a bit washed out, it might be worth using auto-contrast on the cut when finished, or tweaking the contrast manually to get a crisper image 😉
There was also a fair bit of snow in the hair which I've also removed, keep an eye out for it 👍
