Fair bit of snow in the hair and the image is cropped too far from the chin.

Also, we look to have images cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. If the source image contains a collar which is lower down than that (as is the case here), use the below technique to nudge the collar however much it needs to be nudged upwards in order that the above is achieved:
