@Mistersifter, it's not a bad cut at all, but you haven't followed the guidelines on how to crop your images before resizing. You've cropped it too much below the chin (2-3 pixels is enough). It's a facepack, after all, not a face-and-neck-and-upper-body pack 😉
As you may be aware, we also want all our cuts to have collars too, which would not be possible if you followed the above guidelines. In cases like this, or others where the collar is lower down or the neck is overly long in the original source, here's a method on how to nudge the collars upwards to include them in your cropped version:
