All 3 are fine, but I prefer the first one as it's a bit brighter.
One small thing: the image has a bit of snow in the hair. Here's a video on how to easily spot and remove snow:

@mons Can I do something like that ? One is just cut, second without a lot of flash ? Last with a personal rectification in the hair ?
