@moondw, good cut but please remember that we ask for all cuts to include a collar, and for each face to be cropped within 2-3 pixels of the chin. Here's a video on how to achieve this when the source image doesn't necessarily allow it, as in this case:
Moreover, it's not a bad idea to have a look at a person's timeline before cutting an image for them. This one has been cut already a few months back, including a collar, so there's no reason for the new cut to replace it…
