@imagineTK As mons mentioned earlier, every cutout must include a collar.

You can easily move the collar upwards using this method:

I don't have photoshop, but seems I can also do this with the free software on my Laptop. Hope this is fine now @weeniehutjr 

Whatever free software it is you're using, I recommend having a look at photopea.com which is a free online app, very similar to Photoshop and equally as powerful and versatile 👍
